I’ve been coming here consistently for awhile. I normally come on Fridays around 5 and loved who waxed my eyebrows. They always look amazing, and she’s very nice and gentle! I’ve never had any issues (besides the slight redness after getting them waxed but it goes away within 30 min and that’s normal). Today (Saturday) I came in around 11:30 and saw a different person. As she was waxing my eyebrows I noticed that it was more rough than normal. She was pressing the paper on the wax down way harder. She also used less strips of wax so it pulled more at once, and while pulling them off she did it way more aggressively. It hurt but i just figured everyone does it a little differently so I didn’t say anything. When I got back to my car after and looked at them, I noticed that there was parts of my skin missing, as if the wax peeled off a layer, whether it was the aggressiveness, or if the wax was different. On top of that, there were still hairs left, she didn’t even get all of them. Either way that was a couple hours ago, and now it’s still all red, irritated, and burning. I am nervous to go back now as I would not want this happening again. However if you do go I would definitely recommend going on a Friday as the lady who works them is very sweet and gentle.
